Technical Due Diligence 2004 Technical Due Diligence for an US-based Real Estate Investment Trust(REIT) of one of the largest international real estate acquisitions ever in Finland. Annex to Finnish Parliament, Helsinki, Finland 2002...2004 The annex has offices for MPs and their personal assistants, office of Parliamentary Ombudsman, premises of EU secretariat, grand assembly room, assembly rooms of the Grand Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee. UAB Litmalt, Lithuania 2002...2004 The project comprised the design and construction of a totally new malting plant with best available technology at a site where an existing plant was in operation during construction.
